CQC: The Pathway to Good Webinar Training
CQC: The Pathway to Good Webinar Training
It's disappointing when the service you provide does not achieve a Good rating by the CQC inspectors.
It can make all of your hard work and effort feel like it has been in vain but this is not a time to despair. There are other services that are in the same boat and you are not alone when you are rated as requires improvement or inadequate.
This friendly and interactive 90 minute webinar session is designed to support adult social care providers who have received an Inadequate or Requires Improvement rating by the CQC.
It is designed to help you get the first steps on the pathway to achieving a Good rating from the CQC - and remember those attending will be in the same position.
Who should attend: Registered managers, case managers, team leaders, nominated individuals, and owners for adult social care providers who have received an Inadequate or Requires Improvement rating or below by the CQC.
The interactive session will allow time for questions and discuss:
- An overview of the CQC's inspection model
- Effective Action planning
- Implementing a clear audit process
- Evidencing consistent quality improvement
It is recommended that to enhance your knowledge of good practice that you also look at the other webinars offered including 'Introduction to Compliance' and 'Medicines' Management'. More details and schedule for these webinars is available here.
